Experimental and production enterprise "Ferrit" of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus manufactures ferrite tile designed to absorb electromagnetic waves and radiation.

Ferrite tile absorbers are used when it is necessary to exclude the influence of a magnetic field on sensitive elements of electronic equipment, as well as on biological objects. The principle of protection is to entrap the magnetic field lines in the thickness of the material and exclude their penetration from the outer space into the closed volume or from the closed volume into the outer space.

Ferrite tile absorbers consist of a base and magnetically soft ferrites glued to it.
