Summary
Physical-Technical Institute offers consumers the metallization of polymer-based roll materials within the framework of a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners for technology transfer within the framework of a license agreement and the conclusion of a distribution services agreement.
Description
Technology has been developed and equipment has been manufactured for the metallization of polymer-based roll materials with a width of up to 1050 mm.
The Institute renders services for the metallization of polymer-based roll materials with a thickness of 15–300 microns. The available equipment allows applying aluminum on rolls up to 400 mm in diameter and up to 1050 mm in width at a speed of 1–10 m / s with an optical density of 1.5–3.0 O.D. The spool diameter is 76 mm.
By agreement with the Customer, metallization services are rendered using our own or customer-owned raw materials, and it is also possible to develop and manufacture metallization equipment.

Advantages and Innovations
The equipment allows processing films in a wide range of thicknesses and different widths. Constructive solutions and software allow changing the rewinding speed, achieving the selection of optimal metallization modes, and reducing the processing time.
The Institute is a developer of technological and design documentation for equipment for metallization of roll materials on a polymer and paper basis.
