SSPA “Scientific-Practical Materials Research Centre of NAS of Belarus”offers consumers a technology for ensuring the physicochemical conditions of crystallization, optical and lasing characteristics of single-crystal films of double tungstates KGd (WO4) 2, doped with ions of rare-earth elements (Er3 +, Ho3 +), for use in active waveguide structures based on a commercial agreement with technical assistance and is looking for partners to conclude a research cooperation agreement.
Description
Single-crystal films of double tungstates KGd (WO4) 2 were obtained by liquid-phase epitaxy for the manufacture of active elements for laser technology.
Advantages and Innovations
Possibility of obtaining a wide range of thicknesses (3–200 µm) and concentration of double tungstates KGd (WO4) 2 doped with ions of rare earth elements.
