Summary
Scientific and Practical Centre for Foodstuffs offers manufacturers the technology for the production of modified starch-containing drilling agent under a commercial agreement with technical assistance or license agreement, and is looking for partners to conclude a research cooperation agreement.
Description
The modified starch-containing drilling agent belongs to high-quality high-viscosity polymeric starch reagents, is effective in the composition of clay-free systems, is stable in a highly mineralized environment and makes it possible to obtain a drilling fluid with good rheological characteristics with stable filtration rates. The use of a drilling agent will ensure the production of various process fluids used in drilling, well repair; in the foundry industry - as a sand stabilizer, in the food industry - as a gelling agent, stabilizer and thickener in the production of mousses, yoghurts, jelly products, ice cream, etc.
Advantages and Innovations
The increased relative viscosity of solutions using the reagent with a significant reduction in filtration allows reducing the consumption of the reagent, as well as the consumption of xanthan gum.
