The Scientific and Practical Center for Foodstuffs offers food manufacturers the technology for the production of fortified bakery and flour confectionery products to correct the structure of schoolchildren's nutrition on the basis of a commercial agreement with technical assistance.

Developed: production technology, new types of bakery and flour confectionery (buns, muffins, flour sweets) for schoolchildren, additives for bakery and flour confectionery ("Yunost", "Ranitsa"), which include vitamins, minerals, food fibers.

The products have preventive properties aimed at correcting the identified violations of the nutritional status of schoolchildren, contribute to the additional provision of the children's body with limiting nutritional components - vitamins A, E, D, calcium and magnesium and have a regulatory effect on their body, leading to the normalization of metabolism, reducing the manifestation of microsymptoms vitamin and mineral deficiency, increased immunological resistance and the level of antioxidant defense of the body, which proves the effectiveness and appropriateness of their use as a way to correct the diet of students.

In 2020, 4 agreements on scientific and technical cooperation were concluded, including 2 international agreements with the scientific organization of the People's Republic of China, 1 - with the Research Institute of the Russian Federation.
In total, 70 international agreements on scientific and technical cooperation with scientific organizations and universities of Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Armenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, China are in force.
Representatives of foreign organizations take part in seminars and conferences organized by RUE "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Food". In 2020, the organization was visited by over 78 representatives of foreign organizations.
