Description
Dry mixes for ice cream consist of natural dairy ingredients without artificial colors and vegetable substitutes for milk fats, preservatives. The mixture is based on domestic raw materials, the share of import capacity is no more than 1%. In contrast to the imported analogue, the assortment choice is large and represents a product line not only with different tastes (vanilla, cocoa), but also with various types of ice cream (dairy, butter, ice cream).
Mix dry mixtures with water (use drinking water to prepare the mixture) at a temperature of (45 ± 5) ° С in a proportion of 1.6 kg of water per 1 kg of dry mixture. Mix the resulting mixtures evenly (preferably with a blender) and let stand for 15 minutes. Heat the prepared mixture in a water bath with periodic stirring to a temperature of 75..80 ° C, then cool the mixture (preferably to a temperature of 10..15 ° C) and then mix it with a blender and send it to a freezer. Store prepared mixtures for no more than 4 hours in a refrigerator at a temperature of 6 ± 2 ° С.
Ingredients: dry cream; granulated sugar; emulsifier esters of glycerol and lactic and fatty acids (E472b); stabilizers (locust bean gum (E 410), guar gum (E 412), carrageenan (E 407a)); anti-caking agent: amorphous silicon dioxide (E 551); vanillin.
Nutritional value of 100 g of product:
proteins - 10.0 g; fats - 23.0 g; carbohydrates - 57.0 g.
Energy value - 480 kcal / 2040 kJ
