Summary
The United Institute of Mechanical Engineering offers consumers the technology and equipment for applying protective composite coatings by flexible cladding on the basis of a license agreement and a commercial agreement with technical assistance, and also provides services for coating parts using flexible cladding as part of a manufacturing agreement.
Description
Purpose: to increase wear resistance and resistance to scuffing and seizing, corrosion protection, noise, and vibration reduction.
The formation of coatings is carried out due to the transfer of particles of the coating material (donor) by the wire pile of a rotating metal brush at the time of its frictional interaction with the donor and with the treated surface simultaneously.
Manufactured technological modules for the formation of coatings with a flexible tool on the surfaces of parts
various configurations and sizes.
Technologies for forming coatings have been introduced at the MZAL P.M. Masherova, JSC "Gomel Casting and Normals Plant".
Forms of cooperation
• development, testing, and implementation of a technological process for a specific consumer;
•coating services on request.

Advantages and Innovations
Competitive advantages:
•low metal and energy consumption, the absence of complex and harmful operations of preliminary surface preparation, high productivity and environmental friendliness of the process;
•a wide range of coating materials;
•no subsequent mechanical treatment of coatings is required;
•when machining bevel gears with a circular tooth, the need for lapping and rolling is eliminated wheels when pairing;
•the possibility of forming chrome coatings on the rods of hydraulic cylinders of machine tools instead of electroplating chrome plating;
•the ability to modify devices.
