Experimental and production enterprise "Ferrit" of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus manufactures vibratory bowl feeders designed for piece-by-piece distribution under the influence of vibrations, followed by the movement of various products oriented in the required position to further stages of production processes.

Principle of operation:
The vibratory bowl feeders consists of a vibration drive, a vibration drive controller and a bowl, which is equipped with orientation tools. The bottom of the vibratory bowl feeders is made in the form of a truncated cone to distribute the bulk of the loaded objects closer to the outer wall and facilitate the beginning of movement along the spiral tray. In the process of moving objects under the influence of vibration are distributed piece by piece, then incorrectly oriented objects are dumped to the bottom of the bowl with the help of a culler, and correctly oriented ones are installed in the required position by means of an orienting die and fed into the unloading tray.
