Summary
The Institute of Chemistry of New Materials offers the technology for producing composite materials for extrusion 3D printing. The Institute is looking for partners interested in acquiring technology under a license agreement or commercial agreement with technical assistance, as well as consumers interested in acquiring materials produced using the developed technology under a manufacturing agreement.
Description
Materials produced by the developed technology are threads with a diameter of 1.75 mm, which are used to print volumetric models and elements of products for various purposes. Optimization and control of the parameters of the composite material (melt fluidity, melting temperature and phase transitions, the contact angle of the melt wetting) make it possible to obtain consumables corresponding to the thermal conditions of ABS / PLA plastic printing: 260-270 ° С / 200-210 ° С.
The Institute offers partners:
- technology for the production of composite materials for extrusion 3D printing under a license agreement or a commercial agreement with technical support;
- production of composite materials for extrusion 3D printing on the equipment of the Institute within the framework of the manufacturing agreement.
