Summary
The Institute of Nature Management offers consumers pellets from peat and from a mixture of it with agricultural waste (husks of cereals and soybeans, corn cobs, etc.) on the basis of a manufactгring agreement, a technology for pellets production on the basis of a license agreement and is looking for partners interested in concluding a distribution services agreement.
Description
The Institute of Nature Management has developed a technology for the production of pellets from peat and from its mixture with agricultural waste (husks of grain crops and soybeans, corn cobs, etc.).
Peat-based fuel pellets are intended for use as municipal fuel.
Specifications:
* ash content - 3..6%
* humidity - up to 10%
* net calorific value for working weight - 19..22.5 MJ/kg
* ash fusibility temperature 1250..1460 ºС.

Advantages and Innovations
The cost of production of fuel pellets with a three-shift operation of equipment with a capacity of 2 t/h (about 10 thousand tons per year) is about 35 EUR/t. The net profit from the work of the enterprise engaged in the commercialization of technology is projected at the level of 300 thousand EUR/year. The payback period for capital investments in terms of net profit will be less than 3 years.
