Summary
The Polessian Institute of Plant Growing offers consumers a double interline mid-season corn hybrid Polessian 212SV FAO 210 under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.
Description
Dry yield green mass substances, c/ha - Average 140, Potential 180.

Double interline mid-season hybrid of the selection of RUE "Belarusian Research Institute of Agriculture and Feed". In the selection test (1998-2000), the hybrid provided a grain yield of 75-80 c/ha, green mass 430-450 c/ha and dry matter 138-140 c/ha. In the State Variety Test (2001-2003), the yield was: grain 80-85 c/ha (maximum 105.0 c/ha), dry matter 190-200 c/ha. The hybrid slowly releases moisture when seeds ripen, therefore it is intended for use in silage. Differs in good starting growth. Forms a good harvest when cultivated according to extensive technology.

Economic and biological characteristics:
- Hybrid unpretentious, perfectly withstands drought
- Suitable for cultivation on various types of soil
- Undemanding to the culture of crop rotation
- It tolerates herbicidal stress well
- Resistant to low temperatures in the early stages of vegetation
- Moderately resistant to blister smut
- Grain moisture during harvesting is on average 26.4%
- Grain yield 75.8%
- The protein content in the grain is 11.8%, the collection of protein per hectare is 8.5 centners
- The content of starch is 70.8%, the collection of starch per hectare is 51.0 centners
- Fat content 4.2%, collection of fat per hectare 3.0 centners
- The average content of dry matter in the green mass is 31.4%
- The protein content in the green mass is 9.4%
- Collection of protein per hectare 18.2 c.
