Summary
The Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry offers consumers the technology of rational use of water resources in water circulation systems and the development of integrated chemical water treatment programs for the protection of water circulation cycles of industrial enterprises under a commercial agreement with technical assistance and is looking for partners to conclude a technical cooperation agreement.
Description
A technology is proposed for the rational use of water resources in water circulation systems, the development and implementation of complex water treatment programs in industrial water recycling systems, including reagent compositions of inhibitors of sedimentation, corrosion and biological deposits, and automatic control and measuring modes of water treatment. Integrated reagent programs for water treatment in circulating water supply systems, inhibiting the formation of scale, biological deposits, corrosion, ensuring the non-stop operation of circulating systems in conditions of reduced natural water consumption. The technology and the program are adapted to the specific conditions of the enterprise.
The program includes:
- water analysis;
- development of reagent and control-measuring regimes;
- adaptation to the conditions of a particular enterprise.
The reagent mode is the rationale for the composition of the combined reagent-inhibitor.
The control-measuring mode is substantiated by the results of modeling the conditions and calculating the parameters of the water cycle. The most effective integrated programs based on the developed scale inhibitors "KIN-1" have been used in the water circulation cycles of enterprises in the Republic of Belarus since 2011.
Scope - industrial enterprises of the chemical, petrochemical, pulp and paper, energy industries.
More details in the Booklet (In Russian) of the Industrial Laboratory of Water-Chemical Processes and Reagent Modes in the Institute's Industrial Power Water Supply Systems.
The developments of the Institute in the field of technologies, materials, equipment for water purification and water treatment can be found here.

Advantages and Innovations
The technical advantages of using complex reagent programs are that they provide non-stop and trouble-free operation of heat exchange equipment. Economic and environmental benefits are due to the rational use of water resources and a decrease in the consumption of natural make-up water, which is millions of cubic meters of water per year for large industrial enterprises of the chemical, petrochemical, pulp and paper, and energy industries.
