Summary
Scientific and Practical Centre for Materials Research offers consumers gem-quality artificial emeralds under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.
Description
Scientific and Practical Centre for Materials Research produces emerald single crystals with unique optical quality and characteristics close to those of precious natural stones. Synthesis technology - growing emerald from high-temperature flux.
Jewelry inserts are made from emerald single crystals, artificially grown from high-temperature flux, with morphological features, physical properties and color characteristics that are as close as possible to natural precious stones, 1st quality category in accordance with TU RB 100029036.008-2012.
Chemical formula: Be3Al2Si6O18:Cr. The color is a very faint bluish-green. Index
refraction – 1.558–1.562; density – 2.65 g/cm3; hardness (Mohs) – 8
Scope of application (sector of the economy, possible consumers of products): trade, jewelry manufacturers.
