From August 27 to 30, 2024, as part of the delegation of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy took part in the events of the XI International Forum of Technological Development TECHNOPROM-2024, in particular, in the IV National Forum of Technology Transfer. Within the framework of the round table "Collaboration of technology transfer centers for joint commercialization of scientific and technical projects in the interests of the real economy", which took place on August 27, 2024, he made a presentation on the topic "Services, information resources and Internet tools provided by the Republican Technology Transfer Center to Belarusian and Russian organizations". At the panel discussion "Problems of transfer R&D results from a university/scientific organization", which took place on August 28, 2024, he made a presentation "Intellectual Property Management in the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus: Status, Problems, Prospects".

Within the framework of the Forum, Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy held meetings and discussed prospects for cooperation in the field of technology transfer and commercialization with the Director of the RAC "Kuzbass" Dr. Irina Ganieva and the Head of International Cooperation Department of the RAC "Kuzbass" Dr. Ivan Skornyakov,the Executive Director of the National Association of Technology Transfer (NATT) Alexey Filimonov, the Director of the Center for Technology Transfer and Commercialization of the Novosibirsk State University Dr. Alexander Kvashnin, the Head of the Center for Technology Transfer of the Institute of Thermophysics named after S.S. Kutateladze Dr. Lyudmila Perepechko, the Vice-Rector for Strategic Development of the Sholem Aleichem Primorsky State University Olesya Smachnaya and others. As part of the delegation of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy took part in a meeting with the Chairman of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SB RAS), Vice-President of the RAS Valentin Parmon, Vice-President of the RAS Sergey Aldoshin, and heads of scientific organizations of the SB RAS. Promising areas of cooperation with organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in the field of high technologies were discussed. Among them are artificial intelligence, microelectronics, new materials, digital twins, chemistry of new materials, etc.
