From January 18 to 22, 2024, the Director of the Republican Center for Technology Transfer, Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy, as part of the delegation of the NAS of Belarus, took part in the Bilateral Conference of High-Level Experts from China and Belarus 2024 in Xi’an.

The conference organizer is Northwestern Polytechnical University.

During the conference, Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy made a presentation on the topic “Services and information resources provided by the Republican Center for Technology Transfer to Chinese organizations”. As part of the delegation of the NAS of Belarus, he took part in negotiations with the leadership of Xi'an Jiaotong University on the state and prospects of cooperation in the field of technology transfer and commercialization.
