From September 26 to 28, 2023, the Russia-Belarus Innovation Forum was held in Minsk as part of the Belarusian Industrial and Innovation Forum 2023.

Event organizers:

• Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation;
• National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

The purpose of the event is to exchange experience in the field of technology transfer and innovation, to present successful models of cooperation between universities, scientific organizations and industrial partners of the two countries.

Representatives of more than 50 Russian and Belarusian organizations took part in the Forum.

On September 26, the Forum events were held at the site of the 26th International Exhibition of Technologies and Innovations in Industry "TechInnoProm 2023". September 27th at the of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

The Forum was attended by the First Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus Academician Sergei Chizhik, Director of the Department for the Development of Technological Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Oleg Churilov, the Head of the Main Department of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation of the NAS of Belarus Dr. Vladimir Podkopaev, the Director of the State Scientific Institution “Center for System Analysis for Strategic Research of the NAS of Belarus" Dr. Valery Hancharou, the Director of the Republican Center for Technology Transfer Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy and others.

Director of the RCTT, Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy, made two presentations at the Forum:

1. "Intellectual Property Management in the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" (September 26);
2. "Services, information resources and Internet tools provided by the Republican Center for Technology Transfer to Belarusian and Russian organizations" (September 27).

During the Forum, the Russian delegation:

• acquainted with the permanent exhibition of the NAS of Belarus "Research. Development. Production", the Virtual exhibition of the NAS of Belarus, the activities of the NAS of Belarus and RCTT;
• visited the Great Stone industrial park.
