The Institute of Microbiology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus offers consumers selenium-enriched feed yeast «SELECORD-200», «SELECORD-2000» to introduce into compound feeds for calves and laying hens under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.

The Institute of Microbiology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus together with EE «Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine» and JSC «Bobruisk Plant of Biotechnologies» has developed selenium-enriched feed yeast «SELECORD-200», «SELECORD-2000» to introduce into compound feeds for calves and laying hens with purpose:
* normalize processes of digestion, metabolism;
* reduce the risk of diseases associated with selenium deficiency;
* increase the productivity of laying hens and product quality.

The basis of preparation is inactivated yeast cells Candida stellimalicola, accumulating selenium in concentrations 200 and 2000 mg/kg.

«SELECORD-200» сontributes:
* increase in the average daily live weight gain of calves by 7.3..8.7%;
* decrease of feed expenses by 5.9..8.1%.

«SELECORD-2000» contributes:
* improved morphological parameters of eggs;
* increase in the yield of egg mass;
* enlarged average egg weight;
* promotes feed conversion;
* raises:
- eggshell thickness by 5.7%;
- shell weight by 8.5%;
- egg albumen ratio by 5.2..5.8%;
- vitamin A content in yolk by 1.7..2.4%;
- carotenoid content by 4.2..6.4%;
- selenium content up to 312 mcg/ka egg weight.

Feed yeast «SELECORD-200», «SELECORD-2000» allows to yield eco-friendly products.

Application guidelines:
* «SELECORD-200»
1. During the sucking period - 0.8 g a day per each calf for 60..90 days with milk or water.
2. For weanlings period - compound feeds are upgraded with 0.8% «Selecord-200».
* «SELECORD-2000»

Introduced into the rations of laying hens with compound feeds in amount of 0.10..0.15 kg/t.

Preparation form: powder.

Terms of storage:
6 months since fabrication date within temperature range +5 to +25 °C.

Application area: agriculture (feed production, livestock farming, poultry farming).
