The Scientific and Practical Center for Foodstuffs offers food manufacturers a technology for the production of molded frozen foods based on vegetable raw materials on the basis of a commercial agreement with technical assistance.

For the first time in the Republic of Belarus, a technology has been developed for molded frozen products based on vegetable raw materials (carrot, beetroot, cabbage cutlets), which helps to expand the range of food products, enrich the diet with nutrients, vitamins, and minerals.

Consumption of 100 g of products provides the body with up to 26.1% vitamin B2, up to 11.3% - vitamin C, up to 5% - fiber and a full daily requirement for β-carotene.

In 2020, 4 agreements on scientific and technical cooperation were concluded, including 2 international agreements with the scientific organization of the People's Republic of China, 1 - with the Research Institute of the Russian Federation.
In total, 70 international agreements on scientific and technical cooperation with scientific organizations and universities of Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Armenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, China are in force.
Representatives of foreign organizations take part in seminars and conferences organized by RUE "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Food". In 2020, the organization was visited by over 78 representatives of foreign organizations.
