Summary
The Institute of Fruit Growing offers consumers varieties of perennial woody deciduous Actinidia vines and technologies for growing fruits in their personal garden plots modified for local conditions under a manufacturing agreement or an outsourcing agreement and is looking for partners intersted in a distribution services agreement.
Description
Actinidia is a perennial woody deciduous vine from the family Actinidiaceae Hutch. (Actinidia), genus Actinidia Actinidia is native to southeast Asia.
Actinidia is a multivitamin culture.
A natural concentrate of vitamin C. Depending on the type, it accumulates in fruits from 150 (actinidia arguta) to 1500 mg/100 g of raw material (actinidia kolomikta). The amount of vitamin C increases as the fruits ripen.
Actinidia fruits contain vitamins P (60-85 mg/100 g), B1 (0.03-0.04 mg/100 g, B2 (0.02-0.03 mg/100 g), B5 (0.33 mg/ 100 g), carotene (0.6 mg/100 g), polyphenols (750-830 mg/100 g).
Ripe fruits contain dry matter (15-21%), sugars (5.7-8.5%), organic acids (0.7-2.4), pectins (0.4-0.8%).
The mineral composition is represented by potassium salts (232 mg/100 g), calcium (42 mg/100 g), magnesium (20 mg/100 g), phosphorus (22 mg/100 g).
The leaves contain sugars (3.8-4.0%), pectins (0.24%), organic acids (0.3-5%), polyphenols (1200-1660 mg/100 g).
