Description
Centrifugal impact mills are designed for dry grinding of ore and non-metallic materials of any strength and hardness.
Centrifugal impact mills MC can be used both as part of a grinding complex and independently of other elements of the complex, as a separate unit in existing process lines. To decide on the feasibility of using MC in a given line, contact the specialists of NPO "Center".
Operating principle.
A high-pressure fan creates air pressure to form a "gas bearing" (air gap) between the rotor and the stator. The engine drives the mill accelerator through a cardan transmission. The initial crushing product is fed through a loading hopper to a separating cone and distributed along the accelerator channels. Having received the required peripheral speed, the material enters the crushing chamber, where it is crushed due to impact with the lining surfaces and mutual collision of particles. In the air flow crushing chamber, the primary classification of the material is performed: separation of under-crushed particles for return to the mill. The crushed product is carried by the air flow into the built-in air classifier of the mill, where the process of fine separation of the obtained material takes place: the separated under-crushed particles are returned for additional grinding to the crushing chamber.
Particles that satisfy the specified size range, in the form of a dust-air mixture formed during the grinding process, are fed into the technological scheme of the grinding complex for separation by fractions and sedimentation of the finished product.
Unique design solutions embodied in the machines of NPO "Center" make it possible to rotate the working parts with large masses and speeds with significant imbalances. Classifiers included in the mills serve to remove material of the required size from the grinding zone and return the under-crushed product for additional grinding.
The equipment is characterized by:
- low material consumption;
- low vibration level, which allows it to be placed without foundations at any elevation of the production building;
- low capital and operating costs;
- ease of maintenance.
Centrifugal impact mills are successfully used at enterprises in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and other countries.
The method of centrifugal impact grinding, implemented in the grinding complexes of NPO Center, allows to obtain a material characterized by quality indicators that are unattainable using other types of grinding.
The crushed product has a high specific surface area and physicochemical activity of particles, has a specified narrow granulometric composition.

The enterprise has a mechanized complex for automatic welding and surfacing in a protective gas environment RTK IRB 1600-6/1.45, which allows to reduce the labor intensity of surfacing with a wear-resistant coating by 50% and increase the durability of products during operation by more than 30%, as well as 30 welding stations certified according to DIN 188000-7 class E.
The automated plasma cutting complex created by the enterprise for automated shaped and linear cutting of sheet metal from corrosion-resistant, ferrous and non-ferrous metals with high productivity and guaranteed cutting quality (thickness of the cut metal: plasma - 0.5-80 mm, autogen - 20-250 mm) allows to reduce the material intensity, energy intensity of the manufactured products, significantly reduce labor costs in their production due to the use of rational automated cutting of metal, the removal of additional mechanical processing and manual gas cutting operations from the technological process.
The KGR-01 hydroabrasive cutting complex manufactured by JSC NPO Center allows cutting sheet metal, non-conductive materials of various densities (from granite to foam rubber) with high productivity and guaranteed cutting quality.
The balancing machine mod. MS 9717 DMR allows balancing parts weighing up to 1000 kg, with an outside diameter of up to 1800 mm.
The radial drilling machine mod. RFh 100/3000 allows drilling holes with a diameter of up to 170 mm in products with a diameter of up to 6,000 mm.
