The Institute of Chemistry of New Materials offers consumers production technology of composite material "Panant" for plastic cards for various purposes under a commercial agreement with technical assistance or a license agreement and is looking for partners to conclude a technical cooperation agreement.

The production technology of composite material "Panant" for plastic cards for various purposes was developed (together with the V.A. Belyi Metal-Polymer Research Institute of National Academy of Sciences of Belarus) using polymer raw materials produced in Belarus and intended for the manufacture of the base of plastic cards for various functional purposes by casting, obtaining parts in the automotive industry, as well as consumables in 3D printers.

Composite Material Specifications:
- white or colored granules;
- have improved consumer properties, high mechanical strength, impact strength, high level of tensile yield strength.

The technology allows the production of composite material at enterprises that receive polymeric materials and process them into products for various purposes.

Composite material of the "Panant" series can be manufactured according to the customer's order.

Composite materials manufactured using the proposed technology are distinguished by an improved set of consumer properties:
* high manufacturability during processing,
* weather resistance,
* stability of mechanical properties and color, and
* cheaper than imported the base of plastic cards currently used now in manufacture.

The Institute is a leader in the Republic of Belarus and one of the leaders in fundamental and applied research in the field of creating thin-film and nanostructured organic materials, new composite materials with desired properties, methods for the synthesis of new organic compounds as potential physiologically active substances.

At present, the main task of the Institute is to conduct scientific research in the field of high technologies for obtaining new chemical materials for various functional purposes, including:
- creation of thin-film (including nanostructured) organic materials with desired properties;
- development of new composite materials with desired properties based on forest and petrochemical products and technologies for their production.

Scientific and technical activities of the Institute are also aimed at solving problems in the interests of enterprises: the Ministry of Industry, Belneftekhim Concern, Bellesbumprom Concern, the State Military Industry Committee, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the Ministry of Health and Belbiopharm Concern, RUE Cryptotech and Minsk Printing Factory of the Goznak Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus.

The Institute has a high scientific and technical potential, has a modern research base, the latest experimental equipment, which allows for complex scientific research in areas of activity, is able to provide high-quality scientific research and development, practical assimilation of the results and train highly qualified scientific personnel.
