The Institute of Biochemistry of Biologically Active Compounds offers consumers a biologically active supplement for the prevention of complications of coronary heart disease under a manufacturing agreement and/or a composition and formulation under a licensing agreement and is looking for partners to conclude a joint venture agreement.

The composition and recipe of the biologically active supplement for protecting the heart from stress-induced myocardial infarctions have been developed and experimental studies have been conducted. Experimental studies have shown the high effect of the drug as a medicine.

The drug has cytoprotective, antioxidant, and anti-stress properties. It is recommended as an anti-stress agent for preventing stress-induced myocardial damage. The use of the drug will improve the quality of life of elderly people with coronary heart disease and reduce the number of myocardial infarctions.

In connection with the important task of import substitution in the field of pharmaceuticals in the Republic of Belarus, an original agent for preventing myocardial infarctions has been developed, which can be successfully produced in our country, replacing imported agents. The drug can be an export item.

The developed complex preparation has cytoprotective, antioxidant, anti-stress properties. It is recommended as an anti-stress agent for the prevention of stress-related myocardial damage. Administration of the preparation to rats in the model of experimental myocardial infarction reduces its area by 30%.

A prototype and technical instructions "Cardioprotective agent - prevention of myocardial infarction in ischemic heart disease" have been developed.

The effectiveness of the developed preparation has been tested and confirmed in experimental models of myocardial infarction on laboratory animals. A good cardioprotective effect (reduction of the area of ​​myocardial infarction) has been shown.

The developed preparation consists of a complex of biologically active substances used in pharmacology. Their bioavailability has been well studied. The production is not associated with the use of toxic substances, it is environmentally safe.

The composition of the biological supplement is innovative, there are no analogues.

Since the drug is highly effective, after preclinical and clinical trials, it may be produced as a medicine.

The following business model of cooperation is proposed - joint production, registration of a pharmaceutical composition, possibly a dosage form. Additional studies may be conducted to expand the indications for use.
