Description
Crushers DC are suitable for crushing non-explosive solid materials of high strength: granite, gabbro, basalt, metal-containing slag, etc. They are used in the production of cubic crushed stone, construction sand, at the final stage of crushing, where the main quality characteristics of finished products are formed. The use of DC crushers with a unique built-in separation zone at the last stage of crushing is guaranteed to achieve high results in the quality and characteristics of the final product.

Advantages and Innovations
The closest competitor is the equipment of Western companies (Metso Minerals, Sandvik, etc.), which do not have complete, comprehensive proposals for obtaining high-quality dedusted materials using the dry method.
Most manufacturers are forced to use wet dedusting lines. However, such lines are significantly inferior to the dry method in terms of the total cost of the line and applicability due to limited use in water-free zones and in zones with low seasonal temperatures.
Enrichment of products occurs by dry removal of harmful impurities with a high-intensity directed air flow, directly in the process of impact destruction of the material. This eliminates a number of disadvantages present in the wet technology:
- the need to supply washing liquid;
- the difficulty of working at negative temperatures;
- high capital and operating costs due to the construction and maintenance of sludge management;
- the need to install additional equipment for clarification of circulating water;
- an increase in the humidity of the finished product and the need for its subsequent drying;
- increased wear of equipment, etc.
The equipment is environmentally friendly, as it eliminates the presence of wastewater and its pollution. Dust emissions are reduced several times and have a minimal negative impact on the environment and workers.
The built-in dust removal system and the new self-lining system of the crusher are suitable for processing highly abrasive materials such as electrocorundum, silicon carbide, boron carbide in a dry way with a minimum NTU coefficient.
The new design allows to reduce energy costs and wear of the main structural working elements; increase the reliability of the equipment; achieve high productivity with the production of high-quality finished material, preventing critical metal grinding and an increase in operating costs for the process.

The MS MTT 1600 machine, TRK 80, W100, 2H637G F1 machines ensure the manufacture of units, mechanisms, and medium-sized parts weighing up to 20,000 kg.
The enterprise has such unique technological equipment as turning and boring machines 1L532, 1540F1, which are capable of processing large-sized parts with a diameter of up to 4 m, a height of up to 2 m and a weight of up to 60,000 kg. CNC sheet bending presses HAP 4100-160 with CNC, IA 1434, IB 2424A for bending and rolling metal sheets with a thickness of up to 25 mm and a width of up to 5000 mm. The automated plasma cutting complex created by the enterprise for automated shaped and linear cutting of sheet metal from corrosion-resistant, ferrous and non-ferrous metals with high productivity and guaranteed cutting quality (thickness of the cut metal: plasma - 0.5-80 mm, autogen - 20-250 mm) allows to reduce the material intensity, energy intensity of the manufactured products, significantly reduce labor costs in their production due to the use of rational automated cutting of metal, the removal of additional mechanical processing and manual gas cutting operations from the technological process.
The KGR-01 hydroabrasive cutting complex manufactured by JSC NPO Center allows cutting sheet metal, non-conductive materials of various densities (from granite to foam rubber) with high productivity and guaranteed cutting quality.
The balancing machine mod. MS 9717 DMR allows balancing parts weighing up to 1000 kg, with an outside diameter of up to 1800 mm.
