Description
OJSC "Minsk Research Institute of Radiomaterials" of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus manufactures PCBs based on ceramic materials such as 22XX, aluminum nitride, polycor VK 100-1, other types of aluminum oxide ceramics, as well as materials such as Green Tape, LTCC.
To obtain resistive layers, nichrome films with a resistance rating of 5-100 Ohms and RS 3710 with a resistance of 100-1000 Ohms are used.
The conductive layer may be made of copper and/or gold.
PCBs on ceramic and polymer plates are characterized by:
* resistance to high temperature, corrosion, pressure, inorganic environment;
* stable dielectric capacity;
* excellent insulation properties;
* high thermal expansion;
* good thermal conductivity.
If necessary, holes of any configuration can be formed on PCBs using a laser cutting machine.
The manufacturers of PCBs is carried out on the basis of the Customer's technical specifications or design documentation.
