The Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry offers consumers the pharmaceutical substance "Clofarabin" within the framework of a manufactoring agreement and is looking for partners to sell the technology for obtaining the substance and a drug based on it for the anticancer drug "Clofarabin" to conclude a license agreement and an agreement on distribution services.

An original technology has been developed for the production of the pharmaceutical substance Clofarabin and the drug "Clofarabin" - an antitumor agent for the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia in children with relapse or refractoriness to therapy.

It is used after two or more previous chemotherapy regimens have been used and in the absence of other methods of achieving stable remission.

An experimental-industrial technology for the production of the pharmaceutical substance Clofarabin has been developed; the pharmaceutical substance Clofarabine is registered (RU No. 13/05/2096 of 05/28/2013). Clinical trials of the "Clofarabin" drug were carried out, production was organized.
