The Scientific and Practical Center for Animal Husbandry offers consumers new breeding lines Prelude 392457 and Justik 122358313 in the Holstein population of dairy cattle, adapted to the natural and climatic conditions of the Republic of Belarus under a manufacturing agreement or a license agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.

New breeding lines Prelude 392457 and Justik 122358313 were created and tested in the Holstein dairy cattle population.

Animals of new breeding lines are adapted to the natural and climatic conditions of the Republic of Belarus, and are distinguished by high levels of milk productivity: the average annual milk yield per cow is 10077..10101 kg of milk, the yield of milk fat is 383..395 kg and milk protein - 335..337 kg.

The use of animals from new breeding lines makes it possible to annually provide domestic dairy cattle breeding with highly valuable breeding material with a total value of $57.2 million. Bulls producing new factory lines annually provide modern dairy complexes of the Republic of Belarus with competitive frozen semen in the amount of 1.6 million US dollars (1.5..2 times cheaper than world analogues), with which 133 thousand dairy breeding stock are inseminated livestock and receive more than 60 thousand replacement young animals with high genetic potential worth $54 million (2..3 times cheaper than world analogues). The introduction of new factory lines into the main herd of raised replacement heifers will make it possible to supply dairy processing enterprises with high-quality milk raw materials to increase export potential in the amount of at least $125 million annually.

The Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Animal Husbandry is the only scientific center in the country conducting research in the field of selection, reproduction, housing technology and effective feeding rations for farm animals. Coordinates the activities of four subsidiary unitary enterprises.
