Summary
The United Institute of Mechanical Engineering offers consumers the technology and equipment for applying multifunctional coatings with a centrifugal induction method on the basis of a license agreement and a commercial agreement with technical assistance, and also provides services for coating parts using the developed technology within the framework of a production agreement.
Description
The developed technology and equipment provides the formation of multifunctional coatings by the centrifugal induction method on the inner, outer, end, and simultaneously on several surfaces of parts made of various antifriction and wear-resistant materials and charges based on them, including those with nano-sized modifiers and hard-alloy particles.
A pilot industrial site for coating has been created at the institute.
The Institute provides services for applying coatings on parts according to the developed technology to enterprises in Belarus, near and far abroad.

Advantages and Innovations
Competitive advantages:
•increase in the service life of parts;
•restoration of the original geometry of the part;
•production of parts of various repair sizes;
•obtaining parts with specified physical and mechanical properties;
•lack of preliminary and subsequent heat treatment;
•availability of equipment development and technology implementation;
•high payback and low production costs;
•saving high-alloy and non-ferrous alloys;
•ecological cleanliness of the process.
