The United Institute of Informatics Problems (UIIP) offers consumers medical information systems and complexes on the basis of an outsourcing agreement and is looking for partners to conclude a distribution services agreement.
Description
At the UIIP NAS of Belarus, the latest information technologies and modern software and hardware solutions have been developed and introduced into medical institutions:
* automated management systems for medical institutions,
* teleconsultation system,
* multilevel system for early diagnosis of congenital immunodeficiencies.

The proposed developments cover all levels of health care institutions, from an individual doctor's workplace to a system for an entire region.

Together with Belarusian medical scientists, a distributed real-time telemedicine system for digital fluorography (TMS CF) was developed and put into operation on the basis of the city TB dispensary and 30 city polyclinics in Minsk. TMS CF is designed for remote electronic consultations on radiation diagnostics (digital fluorography) with teleinterpretation of diagnostic images. The republican multi-level information system "ImState-Diagnostics" is the implementation of unique multi-level information technology for early diagnosis of various forms of congenital immunodeficiency in children at the district, regional and republican levels of medical care.
Advantages and Innovations
Automated management systems for medical institutions make it possible to significantly simplify and speed up the workflow in medical institutions, to provide the medical staff of clinics to carry out their professional activities in more comfortable conditions. The distributed telemedicine system provides a means for remote medical institutions to conduct teleconsultations in real-time with large specialized medical centers. The exchange of textual information and images from various digital diagnostic devices is provided. This significantly reduces the time required for diagnostic procedures.

The information system "ImState-Diagnostics" significantly increases the efficiency of diagnostics of various forms of congenital immunodeficiency in children.
