Summary
The Radio Engineering Center offers consumers technology for detecting low-reflective objects using low-potential active sensors, including the development of low-potential active sensors or full-scale development of active detectors using the proposed technology under a commercial agreement with technical assistance and/or a license agreement.
Description
The detectors are intended for use in traffic control and management systems for a wide range of ground and airborne objects using a wide range of wavelengths from centimeters to submicrons.

The development of digital technologies has dramatically changed the appearance and efficiency of using small-sized controlled objects for a wide range of purposes. The requirement for sensors to comply with strict environmental restrictions is especially restrictive in the market. Due to the lack of effective low-potential detection technologies in post-Soviet and East Asian countries, the market for the technology in question is quite broad.

A practical solution for detection is based on the "exchange" of probing energy for relevant a priori information about the object.

Information also is in  Album of promising developments of the NAS of Belarus organizations for the real sector of the economy (2023), p. 108-109. (in Russian)
Advantages and Innovations
A number of manufacturers in developed countries produce relatively low-potential active radar sensors. However, the proposed technology provides a noticeable energy advantage.

The experiments show that the use of the technology under consideration provides an equivalent energy gain of at least 12-15 dB, all other things being equal.

The developed detection technology as the main effect ensures an increase in the environmental safety of using the sensors under consideration in urban infrastructure conditions.

The practical solutions that arise in the process of using the technology under consideration are subject to reduced technological requirements compared to standard ones.
