Description
Dielectric resonators and ceramic substrates are designed for the use in the SHF systems. Their operating ability is up to 30 GHz. Q-factor is up to 5000, the drift of resonant frequency in the temperature range from -60 °С to +85 °C, is not larger than 5·10-6 (Δf/f ΔT). Ceramic substrates for the SHF engineering have the dimensions 30x48mm with relative dielectric permittivity of 48 and 40, and dielectric losses not higher than 4·10-4.
