Summary
The Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry is looking for consumers of modular stations and water and air purification plants within the framework of a manufactoring agreement, manufacturers and developers of similar equipment to conclude licensing agreements for the transfer of technology, as well as partners for concluding an agreement on distribution services.
Description
The State Scientific Institution "Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" offers consumers and distributors modular stations and installations for water and air purification and is ready to transfer the production technology under a license agreement.

Water purification from iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide is carried out by a number of sequential processes: water saturation with oxygen air, catalytic oxidation of these compounds and their conversion into insoluble forms (hydroxo compounds of iron and manganese, free sulfur), microfiltration purification from mechanical and colloidal impurities - http: // www.igic.bas-net.by/tech.php?id=204&lang=ru
Air purification from moisture, aerosol impurities is carried out by means of capillary condensation in the porous space of ceramic filter elements.

Modular water purification stations consist of three blocks: 1 - aeration, 2 - sorption-catalytic block, 3 - microfiltration block. In the first block, water is saturated with atmospheric oxygen, in the second, iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide are oxidized, in the third, mechanical and colloidal impurities are retained.

Air purification units are made on the basis of tubular ceramic filter elements. They do not require additional energy and operate in a dynamic self-regeneration mode with automatic condensate collection.
Application area:
* obtaining drinking water that meets SanPiN in terms of turbidity, the content of iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide;
* preliminary water purification before softening, ion exchange and reverse osmosis installations;
* purification of industrial waters (including acidic) from mechanical and colloidal impurities;
* air purification in accordance with GOST 17433-80 is not worse than class 3, from drip and aerosol moisture not less than 99%.
Advantages and Innovations
The high efficiency of water and air purification plants, combined with low cost, is due to the use of sorption-catalytic and membrane materials. Water purification plants do not require the use of chemical reagents, have a low water consumption for flushing and operate in an automatic mode.
The high gas permeability of ceramic filter elements, together with their high selectivity, provide effective air purification from moisture, oil and dust with minimal pressure losses when using air purification units based on them.

Comments regarding stage of development
Technical conditions for modular water treatment plants have been developed. Finished products are manufactured in the form of modular water and air purification stations.
For the period 2006-2017 modular installations for water and air purification have been introduced at: JSC "Atlant", MMZ named after S.I. Vavilova, ChUP Darida, RUE Kristall, OJSC Mogilevpromtekhmontazh, OJSC Polotsk - Steklovolokno, RUE SPO Khimvolokno, etc.
