The Institute of Sociology offers consumers services for conducting empirical-sociological research aimed at identifying and analyzing the structural components of professional motivation for the implementation of a motivational-stimulating mechanism for creative work activity under an outsourcing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.

The research is aimed at improving the motivation mechanisms, as well as incentive systems for employees, aimed at increasing their labor activity and innovative potential. There is a growing need for the state in innovative products corresponding to the V and VI technological structures, in the development and stimulation of innovative entrepreneurship, the source of which is human potential and creative labor activity.

The results may be in demand in public administration practice – for improving legislation, ideological and personnel work, for resolving conflict situations in the sphere of labor relations and making informed decisions; in the work on training sociologists, economists, and social sphere specialists.

The Institute of Sociology is a leading research institution in Belarus working in the field of sociology.

The mission of the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus is a systematic study of the state and dynamics of development of the political, economic, social and cultural spheres of the Republic of Belarus based on regular fundamental and applied sociological research.

Conducting telephone interviews by experienced specialists based on the computerized CATI ASSO system. The system allows for the selection of respondents in any region of the country, careful monitoring of the progress of the study, and checking the effectiveness of any call.
