Description
OJSC "Minsk Research Institute of Radiomaterials" of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus manufactures "OEM 210M" and "EOM 202" microassemblies designed to work as part of optical digital transmitting modules with input electrical TTL signals in the equipment of fiber-optic information networks with a transmission speed of up to 125 Mbit/s.
Microassemblies have the following features:
* hybrid-integral design;
* digital paraphase output;
* built-in diagnostic scheme for the presence of optical radiation;
* built-in thermal stabilization and modulation scheme of the light-emitting diode;
* possibility of installing frameless light emitting diode and the thermistor, and optical matching device.
When a pin photodiode with a sensitivity of at least 0.8 A/W and a capacity of no more than 0.4 pF is included in the microassembly, it has a sensitivity of the optical receiving module of -33 dBm.
