Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry offers consumers a dry milk product with a reduced protein content, intended for feeding various groups of the population over three years of age who are forced to limit themselves in protein consumption and follow low-protein diet therapy, as well as for feeding people with impaired protein metabolism under a manufacturing agreement or licensing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution sevices agreement.

The reconstituted dairy product contains up to 1 g of protein and no more than 50 mg of phenylalanine per 100 g of ready-to-eat product.

Control of essential amino acids allows the use of these products in the diet of people suffering from phenylketonuria (a disorder of the metabolism of phenylalanine (amino acid) in the body).

RUE "Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry" carries out industrial production of dry milk product with reduced protein content at its own production site, being the only manufacturer of low-protein dairy products in the Republic of Belarus.

The product has a natural milk composition and does not contain artificial flavors, dyes, milk fat substitutes or vegetable oils. The reduced protein content was achieved through a rationally selected component composition, which consists of fractionating milk raw materials and composing a composition balanced in nutritional and energy value.

Scientific research carried out by the Institute is relevant, reflects the real needs of the meat and dairy industry and is aimed at reducing resource consumption, import substitution, increasing the biological value of products, and expanding their range.
