Summary
The Institute of Mechanics of Metal-polymeric Systems named after V.A Bely offers consumers composite polymer coatings for aircraft and machine-building purposes on the basis of a manufactoring agreement or by transfer technology based on a license agreement and is looking for partners to conclude an distribution services agreement.
Description
Composite coatings based on aliphatic polyamides and modified ultra- and nanodispersed filler particles. They are used for carrying out repair and restoration work of parts of tribological units and allow extending the service life of mechanisms by restoring worn surfaces of aircraft and machine-building products.

They have the following main characteristics:
* modulus of elasticity (EP) - 3200 MPa;
* tensile breaking stress (σР) - 83 MPa;
* coefficient of friction (f) - 0.09;
* microhardness (Hμ) - 10 MPa;
* water absorption (W) - 2%.

Developed regulatory and technical documentation:
* PMI No. 007-2011 "Methodology for the formation of polyamide composite coatings for tribotechnical purposes on the surface of the bodies of the S-32-2000-31 sliders";
* technological regulations for obtaining a composite polymer wear-resistant coating TR No. 61-2014;
* technical conditions TU BY 400084698.269-2014.

Small-scale production is carried out.

The term for making a sample of the coating in accordance with the technical requirements of the customer is 60 calendar days.
Advantages and Innovations
Composite coatings have increased adhesive properties due to the introduction into their composition of ultra- and nanodispersed filler particles with a modified surface and various reactive functional groups.
