The advantage of the ultrasonic embossing technology is its efficiency, since no preliminary heating of the cliché is required, as in conventional thermal presses. You can start and stop the ultrasonic press at any time. The required amount of heat is generated in the leather material in a split second. The total energy saving effect reaches up to 90% compared to conventional installations.
