The Scientific and Practical Center for Bioresources offers consumers services for the development of projects to ensure the management and sustainable use of natural resources of specially protected natural areas and scientific support for their implementation under an outsourcing agreement and is looking for partners to conclude adistribution services agreement.

* Development of scientific and feasibility studies for the announcement, transformation and termination of the functioning of specially protected natural areas (SPNA) with the preparation of cartographic materials in GIS and draft regulatory legal documents.
* Development of draft management plans for protected areas.
* Performing an environmental impact assessment and calculating compensation payments from construction and economic activities within the protected areas.
* Development of projects of ecological trails and organization of ecological (green) tourism in protected areas.

Implementation of regulatory legal documents to ensure the functioning of specially protected natural areas (SPNA). The results obtained during the implementation of the developments make it possible to update the legal framework of the Republic of Belarus: to adopt Decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus, resolutions of the Council of Ministers, decisions of local authorities in the field of management and rational use of natural resources of the protected areas of Belarus, to carry out economic activities in the protected areas, taking into account the rational use natural resources.

Promotes the development and sustainable use of natural resources of specially protected natural areas. Unique techniques. Highly qualified personnel.

Services are provided to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus, regional committees of natural resources and environmental protection, local authorities (district executive committees), legal entities conducting economic activities within the boundaries of protected areas (developers, forestry institutions, agricultural organizations). Potential consumer countries are the CIS countries.

The Scientific and Practical Center for Bioresources takes part in European projects of international technical assistance and cross-border cooperation in the field of biotechnology and ecology. The Center is the National Contact Point of the European Union Framework Program for Science and Innovation "HORIZON-2020" under the section "Climate, Efficient Use of Natural Resources", supports the CITES Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.

The Center provides scientific support for the state environmental policy in the field of conservation and rational use of flora and fauna, natural communities and ecosystems, scientific and technical support for the conservation and use of biological diversity and bioresources as a national treasure of the Republic of Belarus.

- comprehensive study and scientific support for the conservation and rational use of natural biological resources;
- assessment of the state and dynamics of biological diversity, natural complexes and ecosystems;
- scientific support for the creation, operation and development of the system of specially protected natural areas and the national ecological network;
- development of measures to reduce the negative impact of invasive species, regulation of the number of pests in agriculture, forestry and hunting.
