Weight dispenser VSP 50-02 IS DESIGNED for precise weighing and dosing of the product with further feeding into any automatic packaging machine (MAUS-25, MAUP-18, MAUR-5, MAUD-5, MAUB-5)
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:
The product, entering the loading neck, sealed with rubber to soften the fall of the product, enters one large loading and one small dosing belt with reinforced blades and then enters the dosing hopper. Precise weighing of the product occurs using strain gauges, and the operating logic is set by an industrial programmable controller from Schneider Electric (or other analogues). The opening of the bunkers occurs automatically upon a readiness signal using Camozzi pneumatics. Next, along a reversible conveyor with a special wavy belt with damping pads to soften the fall of the product, the weighted the portion is fed into the neck of the packaging machine.

The compact and inexpensive design with one dosing hopper allows you to integrate the VSP 50-02 weighing doser into any small room. For manual packaging, a foot pedal is used, pressing which the pneumatic drive is activated and the hopper opens. The combination of wide loading and narrow dosing belts helps ensure high accuracy of the specified weight of each portion. All weigh feeders use multi-layer PVC tape with reinforced blades.

The reversible conveyor belt, onto which the product is unloaded from the bins, is equipped with special damping pads to soften the fall of vegetables.

The control cabinet, which is manufactured at the factory, is equipped with Schneider Electric electrical components, and a phase and voltage control relay is provided.

State Enterprise "Experimental Plant" RUE "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Agricultural Mechanization" is one of the world's manufacturers of machines for planting potatoes, post-emergence processing, technological lines for storing and removing root crops from storage, as well as a complex machines (mini-factories) to prepare them for sale (dry cleaning, washing, grinding, weighing and packaging in polyethylene, mesh bags).

RUE "Experimental Plant of the Institute of Agriculture of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" was organized in 1958 on the basis of the existing workshops of the Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the BSSR on the basis of the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the BSSR dated March 24, 1958 No. 175 and the order of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of the BSSR dated 21 May 1958 No. 11.

The produced machines fully comply with international standards and have certificates of conformity of the Customs Union and the European Union. Considering the use of Belarusian and Russian-made components, the cost of manufactured machines is 30-40% lower than imported analogues.

A special feature of the plant is the fact that the machines produced can be profitably assembled into lines consisting of machines of various contents, which can be used both when used in large modern warehouses, logistics centers, and in small farms.
