Summary
A.V.Luikov Heat and Mass Transfer Institute of the NAS of Belarus offers consumers a filtering device UF-1 under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners to conclude a distribution services agreement.
Description
A.V.Luikov Heat and Mass Transfer Institute of the NAS of Belarus developed a filtering device UF-1 designed for sanitary and bacteriological analysis of water and aqueous solutions: microbiological, virological, physical and chemical analyzes, for analyzes in the beer and soft drinks industry and the mineral water industry, for determining the color, turbidity of liquids using the membrane method filters, as well as for other purposes (membrane filtration of water and aqueous solutions).

The operating principle of the UV-1 is based on the baromembrane process of separation of aqueous solutions and suspensions. The separation process takes place in UF-1 equipped with membranes polyamide microporous (MPM) and other similar ones.

The number of filtering devices in the device can vary from 1 to 10 depending on the purpose of the application and the volume of filtration of solutions. The volumetric flow rate of the liquid is regulated by the requirements of sanitary rules, norms, hygienic standards. Occupied area - no more than 1 m².

Main technical characteristics of UV-1:
Membrane vacuum pump:
performance 15 л/мин.
residual pressure 0,07 atm.
power consumption 180 W
weight 9 kg.
Filtration apparatus:
quantity 1-10
funnel capacity 500 ml.
membrane diameter 35 mm.
support disc titanium with pore size 120 micron.
receiver capacity 10-40 l.
Occupied area: no more than 1 m²

The device is intended for use in laboratories of housing and communal services, food industry and healthcare.

The Institute offers partners:
* filtering device UF-1 under a manufacturing agreement;
* filtering device UF-1 under a distribution services agreement.
Advantages and Innovations
Import-substituting products (replacement of the vacuum filtering device PVF-47N B (Russian Federation) was provided).

In the manufacture of UF-1, parts made of corrosion-resistant steel and titanium are used, which guarantees a long service life of the unit.

The possibility of heat treatment (sterilization) in accordance with the methods in force in the institutions of the Ministry of Health.
