S.N. Vyshelesski Institute of Experimental Veterinary offers consumers an vaccine "Respivak" for the prevention of pasteurellosis in cattle caused by Pasteurella multocida serovariant A, B and Mannheimia haemolytica under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.
Description
PURPOSE:
The vaccine is used for vaccination of cattle for prophylactic purposes in farms that are unfavorable and threatened by pasteurellosis.
DESCRIPTION:
Homogeneous emulsion of grayish-white color. During storage, separation is allowed with the formation of a grayish sediment, which, when shaken, forms a uniform emulsion.
CHARACTERISTIC:

APPLICATION:
A homogeneous vaccine heated to a temperature of 37.0 ± 2.0 °C is administered intramuscularly once:
- vaccination of cows (heifers) is carried out regardless of the period of pregnancy in the fall (September-October) or spring (March-April) at a dose of 2.0 cubic cm. Heifers begin to be vaccinated at 15-16 months of age. Vaccination at other times is allowed according to the anti-epizootic action plan;
- vaccination of calves begins at 5-10 days of age at a dose of 1.0 cubic cm.;
- when equipping a farm with prefabricated livestock on days 2-5 or 10-12 days after delivery to the complex at a dose of 1.0 cubic cm. (depending on the current epizootic situation).
WAITING PERIOD:
The slaughter of animals for meat after the use of the vaccine is permitted without restrictions.
RELEASE FORM:
Sterile glass bottles of 10.0; 20.0; 50.0; 100.0; 200.0 or 400 cubic cm., sealed with rubber plugs and rolled metal caps.
STORAGE CONDITIONS:
The vaccine has a shelf life of 18 months from the date of manufacture, provided that it is stored and transported in a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature of plus 2 to plus 8 °C.
