* radial resonance frequency - 73kHz;
* axial resonance frequency - 396kHz;
* mechanical Q-factor (Qm) - (50..120);
* ultimate operation temperature (T) - (430 +/- 2 K;
* deviation of the main resonance frequency at heating of piezoelement up to 373K hot larger than 0,6%.
