Summary
Scientific and Practical Centre for Materials Research offers consumers equipment for wastewater treatment plants under a manufacturing agreement and is looking for partners interested in a distribution services agreement.
Description
The following equipment is offered for wastewater treatment plants.

Manual and mechanical valves of various types, lengths and diameters.
The valves are intended for installation in the chambers of sewer gravity networks and treatment facilities, as well as in the receiving chambers of sewer pumping stations as a sealed shut-off or control device. Closing and opening of the shutter is carried out manually or electrically.

Screw squeezing device, screw conveyor.
The squeezing device is designed for compacting and transporting waste removed from grates and other trash-containing devices. Screw conveyors are used only for transporting waste.
Possible conveyor inclination angle is from 0 to 35°. Various options for manufacturing screws are possible (shaft and shaftless).

Mechanized stepped gratings.
The screen is designed to remove medium and small waste from wastewater (industrial and domestic). The standard sizes of the gratings are selected depending on the required throughput, the composition of wastewater, and the geometric dimensions of the channels in which installation is intended. The main material is stainless steel.

Mechanical hook grille.
The grid is designed for fine cleaning - extraction of medium and small waste from wastewater, followed by their mechanized unloading onto a transport device or waste container. It is possible to produce gratings of various sizes.

Sludge scrapers and silt suckers.
Sludge scrapers are used in primary radial settling tanks to remove sediment that has settled to the bottom of the structure. The design is equipped with a device for removing floating impurities. Sludge suckers are used in secondary radial settling tanks to remove activated sludge from the bottom of the settling tank. These devices are available for settling tanks of various diameters.

Integrated automation of technological processes in the field of water treatment. Automation of treatment facilities, sewage pumping stations, sludge scrapers, suction pumps, sand traps, grate departments, aeration tanks, etc.

A SCADA system that controls distributed devices is used as the top level of process control. RS-485, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, GPRS are used as communication channels.

Development of upper and lower level software.
Design and production of control and automation cabinets. When developing automation projects, modern components are used, such as: programmable logic controllers, variable-frequency drives, electronic flow meters, pressure sensors, ultrasonic level sensors, pneumatic and electric shut-off and control equipment, automated panel gates of our own production.

Advantages and Innovations
Process automation provides the following benefits:

Reduces costs due to: significant personnel reduction, saving energy resources, increasing the overhaul period of operating equipment.

The speed of performing repetitive tasks increases. Due to the automatic mode, the same tasks can be completed faster, because automated systems are more accurate in their actions and are not subject to a decrease in performance due to operating time.

The quality of work improves. Eliminating the human factor significantly reduces variations in process execution, which leads to a reduction in the number of errors and, accordingly, increases the stability and quality of the process.
