Summary
The Institute offers consumers chlorella (suspension) under a manufacturing agreement.
Description
The Institute of Biophysics and Cell Engineering of the NAS of Belarus has developed a technology for the production of chlorella (suspension) and since 2012 its production has been operating on the basis of the Republican subsidiary unitary enterprise "Experimental Research Station for Poultry Farming".
Chlorella is a unicellular green algae that contains biologically active substances - provitamins A (carotene) and D, vitamins B1, B2, B4, B6, B8, B10, B12, C, K, PP, E, pantothenic acid, folic acid, biotin, leucovorin; a complete set of essential amino acids (valine, leucine, isoleucine, threonine, methionine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, lysine, histidine, arginine); trace elements (iron, cobalt, copper, zinc, manganese, molybdenum, iodine). Chlorella synthesizes the natural antibiotic chlorellin, which successfully destroys pathogenic microflora.
Chlorella suspension can be used in diets for farm animals, poultry and fish. The use of a suspension of chlorella in diets reduces or completely eliminates the use of antibiotics, promotes better absorption of feed, increases the body's resistance to diseases, is a prophylactic against beriberi, reduces the mortality of young animals to a minimum, increases weight gain (up to 12%), accelerates the process of obtaining marketable products broiler chickens (for 2-3 days), increases the egg production of chickens (by 15%), increases milk yield (by 10-20%), increases the fat content of milk (up to 4.6%).
Chlorella can be used as a food and feed additive; in the production of medicines and cosmetics; in agriculture and municipal services for post-treatment of wastewater, as well as in scientific research.
The Institute offers consumers chlorella (suspension) under a manufacturing agreement.
The price list can be found on the institute's website.
