Summary
Institute of Nature Management offers consumers the technology for the production of biologically active humic preparation from peat and sapropel "Tosagum" under a license agreement and/or a commercial agreement with technical assistance and is looking for partners to improve the technology at the buyer's production facility and adapt the technology to the customer's raw materials under a technical cooperation agreement.
Description
Numerous scientific experiments have proven the effectiveness of the combined use of peat and sapropel raw materials in the production of liquid humic preparations for activating growth processes by converting humic and fulvic acids of peat, amino acids, macro- and microelements of sapropel into a mobile form.
The liquid humic preparation "Tosagum" is intended for root feeding of agricultural plants, picking and for foliar feeding of vegetable and fruit and berry crops.
There is significant potential for increasing the use of the developed products in the domestic and Russian markets for sale at greenhouse enterprises (26 large vegetable factories and greenhouse complexes) and in retail for individual producers.
Information is posted in Album of promising developments of the NAS of Belarus organizations for the real sector of the economy (2023), p. 209-210. (in Russian)

Advantages and Innovations
Competitors are manufacturers of liquid humic preparations from peat using classical technology. The developed products, due to the synergistic effect of the interaction of peat and sapropel and cavitation treatment of raw materials to increase dispersion and solubility in water, have an advantage due to the high rate of absorption and completeness of use of the preparation in the process of rooting seedlings and feeding plants. The characteristics of the developed preparation correspond to the best world analogues, which is the basis for promoting "Tosagum" in the markets of the Russian Federation and neighboring countries.
According to the parameters of acute toxicity, the plant growth regulator "Tosagum" refers to low-hazard substances, does not irritate the skin, has a weak irritant effect, does not have a sensitizing effect.
The active substance of the preparation is of natural origin, therefore, it is impractical to monitor the level of residual quantities of the preparation in plant products, content in soil, water bodies and atmospheric air.
The humic preparation "Tosagum" is included in the List of preparations approved for use by business entities and for retail sale to the population by the Main State Inspectorate for Seed Production, Quarantine and Plant Protection, which is confirmed by Certificate No. 2526 dated December 17, 2014.
The preparation is manufactured using classical technology by alkaline hydrolysis of peat-sapropel raw materials. Processing on a cavitator increases the yield of humic and fulvic acids, and also enriches the final product with mobile forms of microelements.

The activities of the Institute are aimed at solving the problems of rational nature management and environmental protection together with international organizations.
The Institute carries out research in the following areas:
- development of scientific bases of nature management and environmental protection;
- assessment, forecasting and optimization of anthropogenic impacts on natural complexes;
- scientific justification for the creation of resource-saving technologies for the extraction, processing and use of solid fossil fuels;
- study of the formation conditions and assessment of the state of fresh drinking and mineral waters;
- study of the geodynamics of the earth's crust and modern geological processes on the territory of Belarus;
- geoecological substantiation of the design and placement of especially critical structures and environmentally hazardous facilities (nuclear power plants, hydroelectric power plants, underground gas storage facilities, high-toxic waste disposal sites, etc.);
- diagnostics of the state of the natural environment based on the use of modern aerospace, ground, telecommunications and information-measuring tools;
