The Board of the Republican contest of innovative projects at the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus considered and approved additional nominations for contest participants, proposed by the Republican Centre for Technology Transfer (RCTT). In addition to the main nominations for "Best Innovative Project" and "Best Youth Innovative Project", RCTT will hold a contest of innovative projects in the following additional nominations:
1. "Best Innovative Project for EurAsEC Countries",
2. "Best Innovative Project (Technology) for Restoration of Historical Buildings".
Winners will be selected from submitted projects by the contest committee of the RCTT.
Initiators of the three best projects in each nomination will be awarded with diplomas, and information about the projects will be placed in the RCTT-network (http://ictt.by), Russian Technology Transfer Network (http://www.rttn.ru/), send to the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and partners of the RCTT in the following international projects:

The Contest consists of three stages:
Stage 1 — Receipt of applications and pre-selection of the projects (by September 15, 2011)
Stage 2 — Expertise of innovative projects (until November 1, 2011)
Stage 3 — Selection of winners (in November 2011)
