Swedish Company SVEDAB has been granted the exclusive rights to sell the Institute's Mobile Waste Rubber Recycling Plant
in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.
On 14-15 February 2006 the tire recycling equipment and machinery of 200 kg/h throughput capacity was demonstrated to a Swedish delegation, whereupon the exclusive agreement was signed. The delegation consisted of Director of Trade and Industry Department of Soderhamns Kommun Mr. Kent Lundquist, Director of the Environmental Department of Söderhamns Kommun Mr. Ingemar Olofsson, Managing Director of SDAB (Stokholm) Mr. Lars Åman, Managing Director of Norrland Centre AB, (Stockholm) Mr. Nils Marcks v Würtemberg , Managing Director of SVEDAB factory Mr. Jan Thollin, President of SVEDAB Torgny Andersson, Vice-President of SVEDAB Mr. Oleg Babushkin.
Upon signing of the Agreement President of SVEDAB Mr. Torgni Andersson and its Vice–President Oleg Babushkin visited RCTT. The parties took up the prospective collaboration of RCTT and SVEDAB in the fields of energy- and environment-related technology.

A German SME producing steel panels for miniature golf courses is looking for an enterprise disposing of a water jet cutter or a laser jet cutting bench to cut stainless steel plates with an uncommon size of at least 6.26 meters in length. Water cutting is preferred to avoid post-processing of the edges of the steels plates. Such a post-processing has to be carried out after the heat treatment with laser cutting jets, so laser cutting is only the second best solution. read more ...

) visited RCTT on 21 February 2006. The guest learned about the Centre's activity. The parties exchanged opinions on possible forms of their cooperation. A draft agreement of cooperation with RCTT in the area of technology transfer is arranged. The agreement is poised at promotion of the commercialization of the innovation projects, products and technologies by scientific and technical organizations and enterprises of the Italy and the Republic of Belarus. The covenant is expected to be signed within the first quarter of 2006.
