It was prepared by 4 employees of RCTT, 3 Swedish experts, 1 Lithuanian expert, and 3 Latvian experts in the framework of the Swedish Institute project of the Thematic Partnerships in the Baltic Sea region program - "Innovation - Creativity - Equality" (ICE).
The handbook summarizes the long-term studies of the authors in the field of innovation promotion. Also identify new methods and models for innovation support for SMEs in tourism, cultural and creative industries, made recommendations for their practical use.
The handbook can be used to solve practical problems for innovation support for SMEs in tourism, cultural and creative industries at the state level and at the level of individual organizations, as well as a textbook for training of economics and law students in universities and other higher education institutions.
