The Horizon 2020 Matchmaking for the first time will be run in parallel with the Business Technology and Innovation Fair RIGA COMM 2016, which will take place from 20–21 October at Kipsala International Exhibition Centre.
The organizers encourage companies, universities and researchers from all over Europe to participate in the event considering it as a perfect opportunity to share new business or research project ideas and find collaboration partners from industry and academia to participate in Horizon 2020, ERASMUS +, EUROSTARS programmes. Participants have the opportunity to:
- Choose partners for R&D projects and build a consortium;
- Present technologies;
- Discuss possibilities for cooperation;
- Meet representatives of research institutes, universities and companies from different countries;
- Participants may have up to 15 pre scheduled bilateral meetings. One meeting can take up to 20 minutes.
Participation in the event is free of charge.
After registration every participant can create his organization profile and book meetings with other participants that he might be interested to meet. In addition, every participant can be invited to meet by other registered participants.
