NoGAP Transfer Week II between Belarus and Germany
The NoGAP Transfer Week II (Belarus-Germany) of the project "NoGAP - Knowledge Transfer Community to bridge the gap between research, innovation and business creation" took place in Frankfurt am Main and Karlsruhe on 16-18 June 2015.
The organizers of the event - the Steinbeis-Europa-Zentrum (SEZ) and the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt e.V. (DLR) with the support of RCTT and other partners of the project NoGAP. Among the organizers 3 contact points of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) - SEZ, RCTT and Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
The agenda of the Transfer Week II was included:
- the 2nd NoGAP Brokerage Event in Frankfurt am Main on 16 June
- Meetings with Mr. Robert Gohla, Senior Project Manager at the SEZ, Karlsruhe on 17 and 18 June
- Meeting with Ms. Angelika Meier, Director, Steinbeis-Transferzentrum Marketing und Finanzierung, Niedernberg on 17 June
- Meeting with Dr. Ulrich Sutter, IPR specialist, Eberspächer catem GmbH & Co. KG, Karlsruhe on 18 June
- Visit of Daimler AG Production Rastatt Plant on 18 June.
The NoGAP Brokerage Event in Frankfurt am Main gathered 28 participants from 5 countries (Belarus, Georgia, Germany Ukraine, and Romania). Belarus was represented by RCTT (Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy and Dr. Vitali Kuzmin) and the Institute of Microbiology of the NAS of Belarus (Dr. Galina Novik). Dr. Alexander Uspenskiy and Dr. Vitali Kuzmin presented 11 Technology offers, 4 Technology requests and 13 Expressions of interests prepared RCTT with organizations of NAS of Belarus, universities and SMEs. The presentation of the representative of KIC InnoEnergy GmbH (KIC) Mr. Rolf Thomas, dedicated the services and financial instruments of KIC for innovation and entrepreneurship in sustainable energy, aroused great interest among the participants of the event. The participants of the brokerage event discussed prospects for collaboration in the EU programs.
On the meetings with Mr. Robert Gohla and Ms. Angelika Meier discussed instruments of financing RCTT’s projects from EU funds and on the meeting with Dr. Ulrich Sutter discussed prospects for collaboration between RCTT and Eberspächer catem GmbH & Co. KG in the field of technology transfer.
